CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival

Check-out: until 10:00 AM on the day of departure

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:

Reservations are confirmed in agreement with the host.

In case of cancellation or early departure, the full reserved period will be charged, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

STAY IN THE APARTMENT:

Guests are kindly asked to behave responsibly and take care of the apartment as if it were their own home.

Parties or gatherings that disturb the peace are not allowed.

Please respect house rules and neighbors, especially during evening hours.

Guests are kindly asked to take care of their personal belongings.

The owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Removing items belonging to the apartment is not permitted.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

In case of damage to inventory or equipment, guests are required to compensate for the damage.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.
